The source of these killings is still unknown, officially, unofficially there are rumors of a creature made of mist and smoke seen floating around the city attacking members of the supernatural community. Some of the sources we consulted said that there may have been a survivor but no one is willing to come forward with full details on that. One purported witness of the smoke creature said it passed through his car when he saw it. The path the creature took through the front of the vehicle immediately corroded and began to rust and wither as if years of time had passed. The vehicle was a total loss and written off by the insurance agency as an “Random Act of Nature”. Whether the damage was connected to the attacks or not is yet to be determined but the vehicle in question cannot be found for inspection and is not in the local repair yard where it was stated to be. We will continue to investigate this turn of events and report more as we find out.
