Missing Person's Report

An anonymous letter came in and we've received a report of a missing female.. Described to be a tan tall woman with a slight build, outlandishly purple hair. (Royal purple.) And green eyes. Family states was last seen by her boyfriend and mother before she'd been out to take a jog on Tuesday afternoon August 6th, sometime before 4pm.. And has not been located since then.
