IKEA, the Swedish furniture company, has decided to enter into a newly opened market.
Coffins
The new Dead in Style line of coffins are aimed at the sophisticated vampire. They come with internal locks, a wall to coffin connection adding an internal power socket and internet connection. A small rack for essentials and even a clip for a cell phone or tablet on the lid for watching movies while you rest the day away.
Interest from the vampire community and several goth groups has already seen the preorders empty out with a second line being produced now with slightly wider coffins with built in mini book rack and a small reading light. Other options include a two person twin sleeper, a pet bed located at the foot of the coffin, and other everyday amenities. Exterior design is also highly customizable for the discerning undead to fit in with their current style.
